Today I will be discussing something called IVF (In-Vitro Fertilization) - It is actually a form of assisted pregnancy procedure which involves the following steps:
-Stimulating multiple follicles and eggs to develop
-Egg retrieval to get the eggs
-Fertilizing the eggs in the Laboratory
-Embryo transfer to the uterus
Unfortunately, this is a very expensive procedure but despite that, it also fails
alot of time. It has been discovered that the failure rate of IVF increases with the age of the woman. This have been linked to the quality of the embryo which determines greatly implantation in IVF.
A weak embryo may not implant well in the uterus of the woman and when
this happens, IVF will fail. As a woman who needs a baby, and age is not on your side, what can you do?
