3 Things You Should Know Before Pregnancy Comes

Hello Again, How was the weekend? Trust you spent it well. Last week, we discussed extensively on how Aloe Vera as a plant can help correct hormonal issues. In case you missed that exciting series, Check this blog our click here.

Today, I am starting a series captioned “Before Pregnancy Comes”. This is based on what you already know.

The first is, Understanding Your Monthly Cycle

I believe you are aware that knowing your menstrual cycle improves your chances of getting pregnant.

The first phase starts with the first day of your period or blood flow. Your body releases hormones that makes the eggs inside your ovaries grow.

Between day 2 and 14, those hormones also help thicken the lining of your uterus to get ready for a fertilized egg. This is called The Follicular Stage.

What Happens During Ovulation?
The average menstrual cycle is 28-32 days. Ovulation usually happens between Day 11 and 21 of your cycle. A hormone called luteinizing hormone (LH) surges, triggering the release of the egg that's most ripe.

At the same time, your cervical mucus becomes more slippery to help sperm make their way to the egg. It simply implies that if there is any form of hormonal
imbalance, it could lead to infertility.

If this is your current situation, what will it cost you to regain the balance between your key hormones, especially those needed to ensure pregnancy?

Let me stop here for now, Will continue this topic latter this week.... So Watch out for my post. If you want to prevent infertility and have a happy family
